Tanasha Donna has talked of housewife duties she was forced to take up at Mama Dangote’s house and the tribulations she faced but despite it all, she is still standing strong.<\/p>\n

The young mother of one, fell in love with Diamond Platnumz and it looked like a never ending romance but before she knew it, the relationship was going downhill.<\/p>\n

However, Ms Oketch stands firm on her two feet and picks up the broken pieces because that is what a strong woman does.<\/p>\n

During her recent interview with True Love magazine’s CEO, when asked how she was doing following the breakup, the damsel said:<\/p>\n

I’m doing good. I see myself as a strong woman. It’s what every woman goes through. You may have certain expectations when you get into a relationship or business and things don’t turn out exactly the way you want them to. So that’s when you decide, ‘is it worth fighting for?’ That becomes a decision you make and at the end of the day, we do what is best for us.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Her lifestyle, career choices and dreams were poked at, not once, not twice, but she was not going to give up her ‘being’ and beliefs just to please her in-laws.<\/p>\n

‘Lead personal lives but still compliment each other at the end of the day’ Tanasha believes in this.<\/p>\n

When you get comfortable in a relationship, its isn’t a healthy thing because every individual should have own personal lives, their own careers, dreams, going on, but still be compatible together. Still compliment one another.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Gone are the days when women spent more time taking care of the homes than out in the office. Today, things have changed.<\/p>\n

For her, being ‘a perfect wife, submissive..’ just to mention a few is a good description of a toxic relationship in the current day and age.<\/p>\n

In this era, women know their value but there are still some women who still think ‘I have to do what my man wants, need to be the perfect wife, submissive…’. If you really look at it from a logical perspective, that can end up being really toxic.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
