The song titled Tufanyeje,<\/em> which is Swahili for ‘What do we do’ has gotten good reception since it came out a few hours ago and it’s not hard to understand why – it is so infectious.<\/p>\n This song talk about the huge disparity between the rich and the poor i.e the haves and the have nots. While one party has things in excess, the other don’t even know where their next meal will come from.<\/p>\n As such, Mwana Mtule is asking God what to do because the situation really pains him. He is basically calling on God to give the less fortunate a direction in Tufanyeje and maybe it will serve as an eye-opener to those who have things in excess.<\/p>\n Other than the powerful message in this joint, one of the things that will make you listen to it over and over is of course Mwana Mtule’s melodic voice. This guy can really sing and as you listen to him you get to connect with his emotions.<\/p>\n The instrumentation on Tufanyeje<\/em> is so on point and the best thing about it is that it blends so well with Mwana Mtule’s voice.
