Bahati has officially exited the world of gospel music after the gospel industry proved too toxic for him to bear.<\/p>\n

Breaking the news during a recent interview, the father of 4 clarified he sings for God and not for man and he is therefore not here to meet anyone\u00b4s standards.<\/p>\n

Up and close on\u00a0Jessy Junction,\u00a0<\/em>Bahati stated that leaving gospel music did not mean his faith and belief in God had withered, actually the two have since bonded the more.<\/p>\n

The Gospel is Christ, I have Christ in my heart and I believe in God and he is the reason I\u2019m at the top. I cannot leave Christ but the gospel industry is rotten.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to the music star, his audience for his so-called secular music is just not people in the secular world but the very same church members who critic him for his kind of music.<\/p>\n

Taking us back to their dating days, the two revealed they went out on several occasions but Diana, having this mentality of not dating men younger than her, took Bahati as her younger brother.<\/p>\n

Eventually, Diana\u2019s eyes were opened, she noticed Bahati was exceptional and just wanted someone who would lover her and show her off to the world.<\/p>\n

After spending time together, it got to a point I felt he is different, he loves God and he doesn\u2019t have life pressures.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
