Governor Mike Sonko<\/a> is currently watching his weight now that his body fat has started to show; or rather already started showing a long time ago.<\/p>\n

However thanks to his instincts, the youthful governor now has started sharing his weight loss journey through his social media pages. On his first day we understand\u00a0chose to jog on his treadmill for a few minutes.<\/p>\n

Judging from his beer belly,\u00a0 must admit that Sonko may need more than jogging to get back his old body. This is because his current body makes him look a bit older and of course he can’t slay in his stylish designer outfits when the pot belly keeps getting in his way!<\/p>\n

After a busy weekend nimeamkia Monday yangu vipoa na today marks my first day in a gym due to public demand nikate kitambi. Since the outbreak of the coronavirus most people have been spending most of their time indoors leading to less physical activity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Advice to the youths<\/h3>\n

In his detailed post, Sonko also urged the youth to continue staying fit and healthy! This is because a healthy body can help one fight away diseases concerning Blood pressure among other body diseases. He went on to write saying;<\/p>\n
