Before the world got to know of Chantelle Grazioli; Eric Omondi had been secretly seeing Jacque Maribe after 5 years of good and genuine friendship.<\/p>\n

Speaking to True Love Magazine, Maribe explained that they both fell in love with each other; and just like any normal couple, their relationship relationship started getting serious. This is probably because they had been friends for long…but hey it happened!<\/p>\n

Eric and I were very good friends for about five years before we made the decision to cross that line and start dating<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Maribe opens up in details<\/h3>\n

However after dating for a couple of months, Jacque Maribe got pregnant; but was not really sure whether Eric Omondi was ready for this chapter. The news anchor however went on to add that they both had a serious talk which she suggested raising the baby alone; judging from the kind of life Eric lived back then.<\/p>\n

By the time we realized that we were expecting, I was very excited. I really wanted a baby and had gone through all the motions of trying to get one. I was at a space where this was what I wanted and was genuinely actively working towards it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

According to Maribe, at the time Eric had been juggling his career and women – something Maribe was not ready to put up with. She went on to add;<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

But I think for Eric and his career, he wasn\u2019t very sure about the path he should take. Like do we do this and have a baby together? Not speaking ill of him, but at that time he had this \u2018ladies man\u2019 image, there was no space for a child in that mix,\u201d said Ms Maribe.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Having been linked to several politicians including Dennis Itumbi; Jacque went on to reveal that one of Eric\u2019s friends ended up leaking who the baby\u2019s father was – which forced Eric to distance himself from her. She added;<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople had a field day guessing, saying he was Dennis\u2019 child, some said it was some politician\u2019s kid, until one of Eric\u2019s friends let it out that we had been dating.
