Like literally skinny and not even in our wildest dreams did we imagine him gaining weight. This is because it looked impossible and for some reason; most of his fans seemed to love his \u2018small\u2019 body especially on TRHK.<\/p>\n<p>However with time, the money started coming in and so did the good life. With time he embarked on a weight gain journey that has transformed him in ways we cannot explain in plain words.<\/p>\n<p>While everyone is looking for tips on shedding off fat, Njugush choose to do the opposite by reversing weight loss. Yes, that&#8217;s gaining weight, through building muscle; and judging by how serious he treats his gym sessions &#8211; the results are now amazing.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_124915\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-124915\" style=\"width: 365px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/02\/Screenshot-2020-02-12-at-10.36.51.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-124915\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/02\/Screenshot-2020-02-12-at-10.36.51.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"601\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/02\/Screenshot-2020-02-12-at-10.36.51.jpg 365w, https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2020\/02\/Screenshot-2020-02-12-at-10.36.51-182x300.jpg 182w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 365px) 100vw, 365px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-124915\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">I went to the gym and added 5 kg &#8211; Njugush<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Weight gain journey<\/h3>\n<p>For someone like Njugush and Eric Omondi we can note that &#8211; they have not been on an intense diet nor fitness plan a move that highly helped in contributing to their weight gain.<\/p>\n<p>Just to show how far he has since come &#8211; comedian Njugush recently went on to share a side by side photo comparing his old skinny body and the new one.
