Big Ted who has been playing the role of \u2018the State House Director of Brand Strategy and Events\u2019 has not had it easy when it comes to shedding off the unwanted extra body weight he gained just after beginning his career in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n

Due to the excess weight he had gained by 2016, Big Ted who is a close \u00a0friend to President Uhuru Kenyatta was forced to sort help on how he to reduce his weight from 256Kgs.<\/p>\n

From his social media posts earlier this year Big Ted revealed that he had settled for a Gastric Bypass procedure in Indian – which has seen him drop at least 5 pounds a week for the past few months. So far the surgery seems to have done wonders as he has dropped about 70 kgs.<\/p>\n

In his new photos, it is easy to see the difference in his before and after photos since he now appears slimmer and healthier. Though he still has a long way to go before achieving his main target of 90kgs, there is no doubt that he will get there since a journey of a thousand miles starts with just one step.<\/p>\n

\nHe also indicated that he is now practicing a healthy living lifestyle in terms of what he eats to avoid his efforts from going to waste.<\/p>\n
