My cousin na yeye akaenda akaambia my mum&#8230;&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kabi&#8217;s mum would later cry and try to convince him to stop consuming drugs. Kabi continued;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8221;My mum akaniita. She cried. She told me how much hope she had in me and how she wanted me to succeed. At that point I said, to honour my mum, I will stop smoking this bangi. I stopped smoking from class 5 to form 1. He reveals that he used to take bhang on a daily basis. The moment he thought he would breathe his last came when he decided to take as much bhang as he could continuously.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8221;Mimi kuna time nilikuwa navutanga bangi everyday&#8230; When I went to college nikaanza kuishi pekee yangu, nilikuwa navuta bangi everyday&#8230; There&#8217;s this day I decided I want to see how far can this bangi take me&#8230; Mikono zangu zikaanza kuwa numb&#8230;. Ilifika mahali I can&#8217;t move literally. At that point I felt like I&#8217;m dying&#8230;&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kabi says that he later prayed and made a covenant with God to give him a 2nd chance and he would stop consuming bhang. That&#8217;s how he retracted from it.
