Normally you would hear a husband abandoned his wife and kids but it\u2019s very rare to hear that a mum abandoned her child simply because times are tough. But thanks to Shaniqwa\u2019s interview with Jeff Kuria, we get to hear of how his wife walked out on both him and their son.<\/p>\n

Speaking during an emotional interview this past weekend, the comedian Kevin popularly known as Shaniqwa; opened up to narrate how getting fired from KTN in 2020 left him struggling.<\/p>\n

Shaniqwa with ex wife and their son<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Just like most people, Shaniqwa says his life completely changed for the worst during the pandemic as he lost his job and wife too.<\/p>\n

My problems started from the day I was fired from the show after Covid-19 hit the country. I had settled with a wife and had a son. I have been fired and started focusing on my YouTube channel. Maintaining the character was tough. I used to tell myself I resigned but I was fired.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Wife walks out<\/h3>\n

With no job and no money to cover his family\u2019s bills, Shaniqwa says he got evicted and some of house items auctioned.<\/p>\n

To cut the story short, Shaniqwa says a friend who owns an electronic shop helped him for a while; and even got his wife, Naomi Jemutai also known as Mkale Msungu a job only for her to show her true colors right after she got independent.<\/p>\n

According to Shaniqwa his wife changed months after she bagged a job; and being the with the money now, she started acting up and even met someone new.<\/p>\n

Shaniqwa\u2019s wife abandons son<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

But, when her job started picking, life became even worse. My wife started cheating on me. She started dating another guy and would leave me with the baby.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Adding;<\/p>\n

One day, during our son’s birthday, she wanted to go out with the guy and not attend the birthday. I decided to leave for two days and after I came back, she told me to go back where I was. People started sending me photos on Instagram asking me kwani I had left her.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Seasonal wife<\/h3>\n

As they say, Ogopa madem wa Nairobi because after a few months, Shaniqwa says his wife came claiming she had been chased away by the new lover.<\/p>\n

She called saying she had been chased away. She started crying and I welcomed her home but after two days, things did not work. She said I was discussing her. I owed my friends an explanation that I had decided to take her back. She woke up and said she doesn’t want to stay.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Being a gentleman, he took her in only for her to dump the kid on him and left for good. He went on to add;<\/p>\n

She said she wanted to bring the baby so that she could do some stuff. She has never come back. She told me she was in an accident.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
