7 years ago Betty Kyallo welcomed her first child baby Ivanna, an experience she will never forget. The former News anchor who recently opened up about her birthing process went on to term it as a painful experience she hopes to never undergo again.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Picha Clear in a detailed interview, Ms Betty Kyallo made it known that despite being 7 years since she went into labor; the whole painful process she had to go through remains fresh in her mind and yes, never again.<\/p>\n

Although most of the time nurses and doctors will advise on a certain pattern of breathing; Ms Betty says all that effort bore no fruit as the pain hit straight to her brain making her never to forget it. She said;<\/p>\n

For me, breathing didn’t help. It was crazy painful for me. There is no way to explain delivery. You go through the whole process but it’s not easy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Plans for baby number 2<\/h3>\n

Of course being young, flexible and independent Betty Kyallo can always have more kids in the future; but this time around around, the lady says she will not have to face the horrific pain she underwent the first time.<\/p>\n

According to Betty Kyallo in future she will have to opt for epidural which is a procedure that injects a local anaesthetic in to the space around the spinal nerves in your lower back. She said;<\/p>\n
