Steven Kanumba’s mother Flora Mtegoa is satisfied by the court ruling on her son’s death. The now joyful mother says she will ‘rebury’ her son.<\/p>\n

Elizabeth Michael Lulu was on Monday convicted for the death of her boyfriend Steven Kanumba. Dar es Salaam court found her guilty of killing Kanumba unintentionally.<\/p>\n

Many Tanzanians feel sorry for the actress following her sentencing. Kanumba’s mother however couldn’t hide her joy <\/a>after the court slapped Lulu with a two-year prison term.<\/p>\n

Joy after five years<\/h3>\n

Kanumba was buried in 2012 while his death mystery hadn’t been resolved. The deceased’s family had to wait for five years to get answers to their kin’s death.<\/p>\n

Flora Mtegoa now wants to ‘rebury’ her son because she has found inner peace. Kanumba’s mother said she would go to her son’s grave at Kinondonni cemetery just to meditate.<\/p>\n

“Kwa sasa sina la kusema ila naishukuru sana Mahakama kwa kutenda haki, pia niishukuru sana Serikali yangu lakini pia nikitoka hapa nitakwenda makaburini kwa ajili ya kumzika upya mwanangu Kanumba,” said Flora Mtegoa.<\/p>\n
