Sauti Sol\u2019s singer and spokes person Bien has made it known that the group is not desperate for on and off fans threatening to cancel them; following their scuffle with the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition party over copyright infringement.<\/p>\n

To him and the group, all that matters is that their work is respected after all the efforts they\u2019ve put in their creativity. As seen on a previous post, we understand that the group asked the ODM Party’s officials for some compensation after using their extravaganza song during one of their rallies.<\/p>\n

However with this request came mixed feelings from fans who called out the group for being selfish; and not recognizing that the ODM party was just showing their appreciation for good music.<\/p>\n

Others, felt that the group needed to be appreciated in terms of money since they depend on their music to make a living.\u00a0One gave an example of walking into a 5 star hotel, ordering the finest food and instead of paying – he or she compliments the chef with \u2018good job\u2019 as form of payment.<\/em><\/p>\n

Bien the no nonsense<\/h3>\n

Well, unfortunately after Sauti Sol\u2019s complaint – the group ended up losing about 2k subscribers on YT dropping from 905,000 subscribers to 903,000.<\/p>\n

However Sauti Sol isn\u2019t worried about losing subscribers. Actually they\u2019re pretty much pleased to remain with loyal supporters who understand their music\u2019s worth. Making this known to netizens Bien wrote;<\/p>\n

In yet another post, the singer pointed out that he understands the keyboard warriors he is fighting currently battling with. Using a photo, he described them using the meme below to which he captioned;<\/p>\n
