Eve D\u2019Souza is a mother, a model and a career woman who enjoys to stay on the low.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway this past weekend she marked 3 years since her dad passed on. Through a well detailed post shared on her social media pages the lass went on to say;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/gorgeous-side-shiru-auntie-boss-rarely-get-see\/\">Also read: The gorgeous side of Shiru from Auntie boss that we rarely get to see<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>It was 3 years yesterday since my dad passed. I don\u2019t talk about his death much. I hadn\u2019t visited his grave since we buried him. It was time this week to redo the grave. I dreaded it, because seeing where he lay would make it real.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>How her father\u2019s death affected her<\/h3>\n<blockquote><p>Everyone copes with death differently, but the emotions are similar I think. It often begins with shock and feeling numb, especially if the death was sudden. Everything seems unreal. With time the pain sets in. Sadness, loneliness, helplessness, and guilt may come over you in waves. Eventually comes a slowly growing acceptance of what has happened, but it\u2019s not necessarily a happy acceptance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17739\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/evedsouzasdadsgrave1111.jpg\" alt=\"Eve D' Souza's dad's grave\" width=\"602\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/evedsouzasdadsgrave1111.jpg 602w, https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/11\/evedsouzasdadsgrave1111-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>She went on to conclude saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I often wonder why does it hurt so much? Death is inevitable but every time I hear of someone passing it shocks me to my core. I guess we hurt so much because we love so greatly. My heart goes out to you if you\u2019re struggling with a difficult loss too. It\u2019s important for our healing to remember the love we were blessed to experience was a rare and wonderful thing. While I mourn, i stay grateful for what i had. Rest in peace Dad, always loved.
