Renowned musicians like Khaligraph Jones started from scratch and made it to where they are now. Below is a list of artists who started their career as gospel artists;<\/p>\n<h2>Mr. Seed<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/afrikalyrics.com\/assets\/artistes\/mr-seed.jpg\" alt=\"Mr Seed Lyrics, Biography and Albums | AfrikaLyrics\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Seed has been doing quite well in secular music after ditching gospel. His album &#8216;Black Child&#8217; is up and running. And his song &#8216;Dawa ya Baridi&#8217; featuring Masauti, has already surpassed 10 Million views. But he claims he hasn&#8217;t said goodbye to gospel music, yet he&#8217;s releasing secular.<\/p>\n<h2>Willy Paul<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/whownskenya.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Willy-paul-1.jpg\" alt=\"Willy Paul Biography, Age, Background, Career, Marriage And Controversies |  whownskenya\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pozze is one of the most controversial musicians we have in Kenya; but still one of the best. After ditching gospel, the musician&#8217;s songs are also performing well.<\/p>\n<h2>Bahati<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/citizentv.s3.amazonaws.com\/70753\/conversions\/Bahatis-og_image.webp\" alt=\"Bahati, Diana Marua welcome their third child\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Like Willy Paul, Bahati did not see value in gospel music. He also ended up performing quite well in secular; he still is. The EMB record label boss claims that he has been adversely mentioned in less scandals since he crossed over to the secular industry, which he says is perceived as evil.<\/p>\n<h2>Khaligraph Jones<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2019\/06\/khaligraph_jones_60606693_451687978741514_4627680930573534480_n.jpg\" alt=\"Khaligraph Jones says 'Leave Me Alone' in his new jam - Ghafla! Kenya\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Khaligraph is among the best in the business. He doesn&#8217;t disappoint when it comes to making music. But I bet you didn&#8217;t know he started off as a gospel musician. He divulged the latter in a recent interview. He&#8217;s now a big deal in the music industry.<\/p>\n<h2>Masterpiece<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ocdn.eu\/images\/pulscms\/Yzg7MDA_\/eab793c54bed2d17eba2618551af43a3.jpg\" alt=\"Gospel singer Masterpiece acquires brand new Mercedes Benz (Video) |  Pulselive Kenya\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Masterpiece (Emmanuel King) recently fueled the speculations that he&#8217;s no longer a gospel musician when he released a track with Gengetone star Ex Ray.
