President William Ruto filed his tax returns at the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) on Friday morning. He was accompanied by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.<\/p>\n

The President arrived at the KRA offices at 8:15 am and was served by a KRA official. The official confirmed that the President had complied with all tax regulations.<\/p>\n

Ruto’s decision to file his tax returns comes a few days after he challenged other leaders to do the same. He said that it is important for leaders to set an example by paying their taxes.<\/p>\n

“I challenge all leaders to file their tax returns and pay their taxes in full,” Ruto said. “This is the right thing to do and it is also the law.”<\/p>\n

Ruto’s filing of his tax returns is a positive step and it shows that he is committed to paying his taxes. It is also a good example for other leaders to follow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
