Tanzanian star Ali Kiba has finally explained why he didn’t promote his song “Nishikilie” with Kenyan artist Willy Paul.<\/p>\n
In an interview with Willy M Tuva, Kiba said that he didn’t receive any promotional materials from Paul’s team.<\/p>\n
“You must send people you are working with material to post. I did not get promo material to push the song on my classic,” Kiba said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Kiba also said that he didn’t talk to Paul at the time, but he did reach out to him later.<\/p>\n
“But the song did very well,” Kiba said. “It has over 3.6 million views.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Kiba also praised Bahati, saying that he is a very talented artist.<\/p>\n
“Bahati is a very talented artist if given a chance he can do a lot of great things,” Kiba said. “He has shocked me with how he transformed during the song.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Bahati said that he is not sure why the song with Kiba is not yet out, but he is hopeful that it will be released soon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
