Amina Khalef, the estranged wife of Tanzanian superstar Alikiba, has condemned Diamond Platnumz for his disrespectful remarks.<\/p>\n
Platnumz had claimed that he had outshined Alikiba in all aspects of music, despite discovering him in the industry. He even insinuated that Khalef was aware of his statements, drawing a line between them and adding fuel to the feud.<\/p>\n
In response, Khalef said that she was “disgusted” by Platnumz’s remarks, which she called “disrespectful and lacking thoughtfulness.” She compared the exchange between the two music icons to a battle of beasts, and condemned the involvement of innocent individuals in their conflicts and grudges. The statement that pissed Off Amina was that she was included in their tiff. Diamond stated;<\/p>\n
“Tatizo unaokaa nao hawakwambii ukweli, wanakudanganya & na ndio maana nimekukuta kwenye muziki na nimekupita kila kitu, kimauzo, kituzo, kifollowers, subscribers, viewers, listeners, ki bei za show, kimaendelo, kiufupi kila kitu… kibebes usiongee maana habari yangu hadi na Amina nazani Unayo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Khalif also expressed her concern over the diminishing respect for women, highlighting the importance of human decency in distinguishing men from beasts.<\/p>\n
“Without feelings of respect, what is there to distinguish men from beasts?” she asked. “Human decency is inviolable.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Platnumz’s remarks have sparked outrage among fans of both artists, and have led to calls for him to apologize. It remains to be seen whether he will do so.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, Khalef’s words have been praised by many for their powerful message of respect for women. She has shown that she is not afraid to stand up for what she believes in, even when it means confronting a powerful figure like Platnumz.<\/p>\n
