“The decision came from a string of relationships I had been.<\/em><\/p>\nThey were useless to say the least, I kept on being shown repeatedly by the Universe of the type of partners I should not have.<\/em><\/p>\nI was never been with anybody for less than three years, so it was one union into another<\/em><\/p>\nI decided to be with myself , to know and understand myself so that i’d get enough love to offer.<\/em><\/p>\nI was loving the way I was not being loved.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Githinji says people should stop claiming others in relationships.<\/p>\n
“As humans\u00a0 we are so keen on ownership.<\/em><\/p>\nWe do not belong to anyone even in relationship, you shouldn’t belong to each other, and that is what makes me averse to commitment.<\/em><\/p>\nWhen people lie is when they end up killing each other. When you lie it hurts people.<\/em><\/p>\nWe should learn to tailor make our relationships to our requirements.
