The outages will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:96\">The affected counties are Nairobi, Nakuru, Trans Nzoia, Migori, Meru, Embu, Kiambu, and Mombasa.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:59\">The following are the specific areas that will be affected:<\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-19:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:111\">In Nairobi, the affected areas include Kangemi, parts of Waiyaki Way, Sodom, Kinda school, and Nairobi water.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:120\">In Nakuru, the affected areas include the whole of the White House and Kiti Date, the whole of Blankets, and Kiratina.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:88\">In Trans Nzoia, the affected areas include Maili Saba, Sibanga, Makunga, and Kipsaina.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:103\">In Migori county, the affected areas include Nyamarambe, Riosiri, Emesa village, and parts of Tabaka.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:119\">In Meru county, the affected areas include Maua town, Athi Kiegoi, Nyambene Hospital, Luluma, and Methodist Hospital.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:127\">In Embu, the affected areas include Masinga, Sogea, Kamukunzi, Mukusu, Masinga boy and girls secondary schools, and Msingini.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:103\">In Kiambu, the affected areas include Tola, Bob Harris, Whole of Tula, Kiahuria, Ndarungo, and Metro.<\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"18:1-19:0\">In Mombasa, the affected areas include Nyali, Bamburi, Masjid Noor, Murji Farm, Mwembelegeza, and Kisumu Ndogo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"20:1-20:125\">Kenya Power says that the outages are necessary for network maintenance. The company apologizes for any inconvenience caused.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"22:1-22:210\">Customers are advised to take precautionary measures such as switching off sensitive appliances before the outages begin.
