Kenya Power has announced that there will be power interruptions in seven counties on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. The affected counties are Nairobi, Nakuru, Nyandarua, Kisii, Uasin Gishu, Homa Bay, and Mombasa.<\/p>\n

The power interruptions will occur at different times of the day in different counties. The following are the specific areas and times that will be affected:<\/p>\n

Nairobi<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Part of Waiyaki Way, Delta Office Suites Karlo, Total near ABC Place, White House East, ABC Place, Manyani, Part of James Gichuru, Kabete Barracks – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM<\/li>\n
  • Parts of Lang’ata, GK Prisons, St. Mary’s Hospital, Lang;’ata DOG Unit, Lang’ata Police Stn, Lang’ata Hospital, Otiende East, Ngei East, Southern Bypass, Uhuru Gardens, Lang’ata High School and Onyonka East – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Nakuru<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Nyakongo, Oyuma, Kimira, Ngeta, Pala, Pala Prisons, Sombre, Doho Beach, Mainunga, Beach, Nyangwete, Arose, Kasibosi, Nyaora Dis, Kanam and Chula – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Mombasa<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Mataa ya Ndege, Safaricom Booster, Mguu Tatu, Maumau Village, Colorado and adjacent customers – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Kenya Power has apologized for any inconvenience the power interruptions may cause. The company says the interruptions are necessary to carry out routine maintenance and improvement works on the electricity network.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
