The affected counties are Nairobi, Nakuru, Nyandarua, Kisii, Uasin Gishu, Homa Bay, and Mombasa.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:145\">The outages will last between six and nine hours, depending on the location.
