{"id":200549,"date":"2024-01-01T07:36:23","date_gmt":"2024-01-01T04:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.com\/ke\/?p=200549"},"modified":"2024-02-01T07:47:52","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T04:47:52","slug":"kplc-locations-where-there-will-be-a-power-outage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ghafla.co.ke\/ke\/kplc-locations-where-there-will-be-a-power-outage\/","title":{"rendered":"KPLC: Locations where there will be a power outage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The power distribution company (KPLC) has issued a warning regarding a planned power outage in multiple areas across the country on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement released on Tuesday evening, the company indicated that several regions in four counties in Kenya would experience a power outage between 2 a.m. and 11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The affected counties include Nairobi, Kajiado, Machakos, and Embu.<\/p>\n<p>In Nairobi County, parts of Langata and Bomas, including Karen Hospital, Mukinduri Estate, Amara Ridge, Mokoiyet, and other areas, will undergo a power outage between 3 a.m. and 11 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Areas in Nkoroi in Kajiado County are set to experience a power outage between 3 a.m. and 11 p.m. The affected locations include New Road, Mayor Road, Rangau Citam, and its environs.<\/p>\n<p>In Machakos County, sections of Mombasa Road will face a power outage between 3 a.m. and 11 p.m. Muthama Heights, Hilton Garden Inn, Banbros, Steel Wool Africa, and Signode are among the impacted areas.<\/p>\n<p>Areas in Mutunduri, Kirigi, Mungania T\/Factory, and Kianjokoma in Embu County will also encounter a power outage between 2:30 a.m. and 8 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The power distribution company (KPLC) has issued a warning regarding a planned power outage in multiple areas across the country on Wednesday.
