These allegations stemmed from the distribution of allegedly fake fertilizer by the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB).<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:191\">Committee chairperson, Marsabit Woman Representative Naomi Waqo, announced the outcome.
