I\u2019m overwhelmed and don\u2019t know how to respond. Today I might be strong, and tomorrow I struggle. Walking into church and seeing pictures of him brings up a lot of emotions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kathy emphasized that grief is personal and varies for everyone. She said, &#8220;I might feel like isolating myself, but that\u2019s not my nature. I can cry and still get up and try again. I\u2019m in and out, trying to navigate my emotions, and I ask for understanding.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She acknowledged the collective grief within the church community, stating, &#8220;We\u2019re all grieving together at JCC.
