Laughing, she said, \u201cI don\u2019t use any,\u201d and then chuckled, adding, \u201cAnyway, let me stop laughing. I am not on any family planning method.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She elaborated further, explaining, \u201cWe\u2019ve become very skilled at what we call \u2018withdrawing,\u2019 similar to withdrawing money from M-Pesa,\u201d and laughed again.<\/p>\n<p>Judy shared her past experiences with other methods, saying, \u201cI tried using an implant for three years, but it didn\u2019t work for me; I was bleeding for most of the month, which wasn\u2019t ideal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She also mentioned trying a coil but faced discomfort with it, leading to its removal. Concluding, she humorously stated, \u201cSo, ladies and gentlemen, we\u2019re sticking with the withdrawal method.
