That\u2019s why I decided to take a break.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sonie credits comedian Nasra Yusuf for stepping in during her darkest moments, providing the support she desperately needed. \u201cNasra was there for me when I was on the brink of losing my mind. I would wake up to find myself trending, clueless about what I had done to deserve it,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p>Sonie also shared how the online abuse didn\u2019t just affect her but took a toll on her family as well. \u201cMy depression stemmed from the relentless online harassment and humiliation.
