The Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has announced power interruptions in several parts of the country on Wednesday, the 4th.<\/p>\n
In a statement released on Sunday evening, the company mentioned that the power interruptions is due to maintenance work that will be carried out on the power stations.<\/p>\n
The four counties that will be affected by the interruptions are below:<\/p>\n
NAIROBI REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n Time:<\/strong>\u00a09:00 A.M. \u2013 5:00 P.M.<\/p>\n Affected areas:<\/strong>\u00a02nd & 3rd Parklands Ave, Kusi Lane, Ngao Rd, and adjacent customers.\u00a0Thika Rd, Ramanda, Muthaiga North Rd, Utalii Village, NYS, NIS, KISM, Survey of Kenya, GSU, and adjacent customers.<\/p>\n WESTERN REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n Time:<\/strong>\u00a08:00 A.M. \u2013 3:00 P.M.<\/p>\n Affected Areas:<\/strong>\u00a0Wildor School, K. Ochieng Centre, Kausi Mkt, Nyamonge, Tom Owuor, Mayienya Sec Sch, Chiga Mkt, Obumba Sch, Kasese Mkt, Masawa, Kasarani, Hera Church, Rweya, Bungu, and adjacent customers.<\/p>\n Time:<\/strong>\u00a09:00 A.M. \u2013 5:00 P.M.<\/p>\n Affected areas:<\/strong>\u00a0Lutaso Mkt, Nancy Academy, Mukhweso Junction, Navakholo Mkt, Dorofu Mkt, and adjacent customers.<\/p>\n SOUTH NYANZA REGION<\/strong><\/p>\n Time:<\/strong>\u00a09:00 A.M. \u2013 4:00 P.M.<\/p>\n Affected areas:<\/strong>\u00a0Kotieno, Makaka, Seka, Kamser Seka, Rambira, Karabondi, Kajiei, Rakwaro, Osodo, Kobala, Burlum, Konyach, and adjacent customers.
