Last year was incredibly difficult. I would lock myself in my room and cry every day, but I never gave up on God or praying. In April, I lost everything,&#8221; she shared.<\/p>\n<p>Yvette recalled struggling with the harsh reality of her situation, contemplating moving from her two-bedroom house to a smaller one.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I remember telling my sister that life was so hard, and I might have to go back to Mom&#8217;s or downgrade to a bedsitter. But she reminded me that we serve a living God,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>Her breakthrough came after seeking God\u2019s guidance, and she witnessed a complete turnaround in her life. From sleeping on a mattress, she regained her footing and could afford things she never imagined.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you had told me last year that I\u2019d be able to afford a trip to Dubai, I wouldn\u2019t have believed it. It\u2019s truly a blessing. I prayed to make my daughter proud, and I\u2019m grateful that my daughter now has capable parents.
