She acknowledged that the recovery process has been challenging, particularly because she is a public figure who also deals with social anxiety.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding her vision for the next five years and her life goals, the former radio host expressed, &#8220;I want confidence&#8230; I want to be a confident woman who doesn&#8217;t seek external validation. That desire for validation is a disease.
