The latest to weigh in is comedian Mulamwah, who firmly stated that the procedure is not for him.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"378\" data-end=\"513\">The father of three made it clear that male sterilization isn\u2019t something he would ever consider, citing his desire for a large family.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"733\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"733\">\u201cVasectomy is a no for me. I don\u2019t see myself going through with it. I need more children,\u201d Mulamwah said. \u201cI\u2019m building a big house back in the village\u2014who\u2019s going to fill that mansion if I can\u2019t have several kids?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"923\">Mulamwah currently has children with his girlfriend Ruth K and his ex-girlfriend Carol Sonnie. He also has a daughter from a previous relationship with a partner who has since passed away.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1178\">While Mulamwah isn\u2019t open to the idea, other male celebrities are exploring it. Recently, fellow comedian and YouTuber Oga Obinna revealed he\u2019s considering a vasectomy as a family planning option after fathering five children with three different women.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1394\">Actor Melvin Alusa, who has eight children, also shared that vasectomy isn\u2019t something he\u2019s ever thought about seriously. However, his brother, Sauti Sol\u2019s Bien Aime Barasa, has expressed a more open-minded stance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1556\">Speaking on his <em data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1422\">Bald Box<\/em> show alongside rugby star Dennis Ombachi and Dr. Reign, Bien admitted that the idea of a vasectomy is daunting\u2014but not off the table.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1812\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1560\" data-end=\"1812\">\u201cWhen vasectomy comes up, most men just ask if it\u2019s reversible,\u201d he said. \u201cPersonally, I can\u2019t say I\u2019ve completely embraced the idea. I\u2019d probably recommend my wife to consider the procedure first.
