Abel and Phil had a vision that went far beyond the screen.<\/p>\n \u201cWe had more than just acting skills\u2014we understood production, and we knew that\u2019s where the money was,\u201d he recalled.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Their big break came when they boldly pitched themselves as producers to their boss. To their surprise, she agreed\u2014and just like that, they were behind the scenes, working alongside seasoned industry veterans.<\/p>\n This marked a major shift in Abel\u2019s career. Moving from acting to production gave him creative control\u2014and greater financial stability.<\/p>\n \u201cIf any of our friends had been willing to stick through the long, uneventful journey we were on, they might be where we are too,\u201d Abel said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n That journey, he explained, wasn\u2019t glamorous. It was filled with long hours, back-to-back projects, and little time for a social life.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter we got into production, it was non-stop. My social battery was drained.
