President William Ruto has publicly dismissed former Chief Justice David Maraga\u2019s announcement that he intends to contest the presidency in the 2027 general elections. Speaking at a press conference, Ruto openly questioned Maraga\u2019s faith in the nation and its people, casting doubt on his motivations for seeking the highest office in the land.<\/p>\n
