During a public address on Friday, September 12, 2025, President Ruto took a jab at Gachagua while praising his new deputy, <\/span>Professor Kithure Kindiki<\/span>.<\/span> The President, who holds a PhD, has increasingly used his academic credentials as a political tool to frame Kindiki as an “educated deputy” and a more capable partner.<\/p>\n
