In a heartfelt Instagram post, Ciru reflected on how enduring such profound losses has transformed her perspective on life, healing, and resilience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

A Deeply Personal Journey<\/h3>\n

Ciru shared that her first encounter with deep grief came when she lost her father several years ago \u2014 a man she described as her closest companion.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cBefore 2020, I did not know what grief was until I lost my dad. My dad and I were very close,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Her father\u2019s death, caused by COVID-19<\/strong>, left a lasting void. However, she said that losing her fianc\u00e9, Charles Ouda, earlier this year brought a new and unimaginable kind of pain \u2014 one that tested her emotionally and spiritually.<\/p>\n

According to Ciru, grief does not disappear with time; rather, it becomes something one learns to live alongside<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cHe caught COVID and died \u2014 that was my first true experience of grief,\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Lessons from Loss<\/h3>\n

Through her journey, Ciru said she has learned that grief reshapes a person, teaching lessons of patience, empathy, and compassion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cGrief taught me patience, more care for people, much compassion,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She added that pain often transforms people in unexpected ways, showing them what truly matters \u2014 time, love, and the fleeting beauty of life\u2019s small moments.<\/p>\n

Her experience, she said, has made her more mindful about appreciating each day and the people who bring light into her life.<\/p>\n

Finding Strength and Healing<\/h3>\n

Ciru revealed that her faith<\/strong>, along with the support of close friends and family<\/strong>, has been crucial in helping her navigate the long road toward healing.<\/p>\n

She emphasized the importance of allowing herself to feel every emotion rather than suppressing pain \u2014 noting that acceptance comes gradually and unevenly.<\/p>\n
