In Kenya and beyond, young people are at the forefront of this transformation. Reports show many Gen-Z Kenyans speak openly about HIV as part of their identity \u2014 not seeking sympathy, but solidarity. They want others walking the same path to know they are not alone.<\/p>\n
Among the most influential voices in this movement is TikToker Lydia Vera, whose raw vulnerability has earned her widespread respect. In one of her viral videos, she recounts the moment she tested positive for HIV \u2014 a moment that shattered her world.<\/p>\n
