Kibe, in a series of heated online remarks, accused Mosiria of fabricating and exaggerating details surrounding the incident involving Kenyan national James Opande and Marion Naipei. He claimed Mosiria had misrepresented the facts, unfairly targeted Opande, and overstepped his mandate as a public official.<\/p>\n
In a viral clip circulating across social media, Kibe went as far as calling for Mosiria\u2019s removal from office, saying:
\u201cMosiria is a danger to society and Governor Johnson Sakaja should sack him.\u201d<\/p>\n
Mosiria did not stay silent. Taking to his own social media platforms, he defended his actions and rejected claims that he was chasing clout or public approval.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy involvement was not about scoring points or seeking popularity,\u201d Mosiria said. \u201cI acted because I believed the situation required careful public scrutiny and legal attention.\u201d<\/p>\n
He added that part of his responsibility as a public servant is to speak out on issues that touch on people\u2019s rights and dignity, stressing that no one \u2014 regardless of status or online popularity \u2014 is above the law.<\/p>\n
