And when they do, they begin to understand their parents better,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1547\">She advised parents against labelling or criticising each other, encouraging them instead to allow children to form their own understanding over time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1713\">Lillian further noted that children are highly perceptive and often pick up on tension or unresolved emotions between parents, even when nothing is said directly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1895\">Encouraging healing and emotional growth, she urged parents to let go of resentment and move forward, reminding them that the end of a relationship does not mark the end of life.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"2035\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"2035\" data-is-last-node=\"\">\u201cIf you are in a state of mourning your relationship, the kids are going to see the energy\u2026 just move on.
