She said she wanted to clarify her journey once more, noting that her experience is personal and may not apply to everyone.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"608\">\u201cI had answered this already, and I\u2019m seeing it come up many times, so one last time,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"9x27eq\" data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"648\">Early challenges and adjustments<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"860\">Msalame explained that acidity was one of the main side effects she faced, making the initial phase particularly uncomfortable. She sought medical advice to manage the issue and adjusted her routine accordingly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"942\">\u201cFor me, I tend to get acidity, so the first month was quite rough,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1110\">Following guidance, she began taking antacids on the day of her injection to help manage symptoms that typically appeared later in the day and into the following day.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1ycsiv5\" data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1159\">Managing blood pressure and energy levels<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1160\" data-end=\"1383\">She also revealed that the medication affected her blood pressure. While it can be beneficial for those with high blood pressure, Msalame noted that hers tends to run low, requiring careful management through diet and rest.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1513\">\u201cMounjaro also lowers your BP\u2026 mine tends to be on the lower side, so I manage with trying to eat well and rest,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1661\">The early stages also impacted her energy levels, limiting her ability to engage in intense workouts.
