Speaking during an interview with Trudy Kitui<\/span><\/span>, the comedian and radio presenter reflected on relationships, fame, and the realities of dating as a public figure. According to Obinna, many women are attracted to men they perceive as financially secure and well-organised.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi pesa tu\u2026 kwani mi fala nini\u2026 ni pesa tu,\u201d Obinna remarked during the conversation.<\/p>\n

He went on to downplay both his looks and celebrity status, saying the attraction largely comes from the belief that he has his life together.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not the most handsome guy you will meet. I am not the most outspoken guy you will meet. I am not the only celebrity you know. However, amongst the ones that they know, I am the one they assume has his shiet together,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n

\u2018A Complete Project\u2019<\/h3>\n

Obinna suggested that many women prefer men who already appear stable rather than those still trying to build their lives from scratch.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost ladies like that. When they see a complete project, they are like, \u2018Aaah, that looks like a project I can invest in,\u2019\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He contrasted this with relationships where couples grow together through difficult beginnings, noting that only a few people are willing to start from the ground up.<\/p>\n

\u201cVery few ladies will go and say, oh this is the groundwork, let\u2019s do the groundwork, this is the foundation, let\u2019s do the foundation and build it all the way up,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

His remarks have since sparked debate online, with some social media users agreeing with his observations while others criticised the comments as overly broad generalisations about women and relationships.<\/p>\n

Comments on Fatherhood<\/h3>\n

The father of four also spoke about the type of messages he receives from women online, including single mothers who tell him they believe he would make a good father figure.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen now there is a bunch of single mothers who think I would make an appropriate father to their children,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Obinna added that some women even jokingly tell him they would like him to father their children.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe others are like me, I wish you could just make me pregnant and me hapo kwa pregnancy kidogo tricky,\u201d he said humorously.<\/p>\n
