Speaking in a TikTok video on Thursday, June 4, 2026, the televangelist reflected on his interactions with people from different social and economic backgrounds, noting that those who have less financially tend to show gratitude more openly.<\/p>\n
According to Kanyari, he frequently meets supporters who may not be financially well-off but still take time to compliment and celebrate his success.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd the people who are not well off often keep praising a person like me. And they say, \u2018Oh wow, you are so rich and you have a lot of money.\u2019 And I say yes, feeling so happy,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The preacher explained that he appreciates such encounters because the admiration often comes across as sincere and heartfelt.<\/p>\n
Kanyari further argued that people with fewer resources are generally more appreciative when they receive help or support compared to those who are already wealthy.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd you know another good thing with people who do not have money, they will also make you happy. The rich will never heap praises on you, but the low-class people, just give them a little and they will keep singing your name,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
According to the pastor, acts of generosity often leave a lasting impression on struggling individuals, making them more likely to publicly express their gratitude.<\/p>\n
To support his point, Kanyari noted that some of his followers frequently praise him and even come up with additional nicknames whenever they mention him.<\/p>\n
