How many South Africans are here?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The radio host argued that it was unfair for South Africans to deny other Africans opportunities in their country while they themselves have been welcomed in other nations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cWhy is it that hao hawataki but wamejaa kila mahali,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<h2>Questioning African Solidarity<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Wilbroda challenged the way some people view migration within Africa, asking what would happen if other countries adopted the same approach and demanded that South Africans return home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cWhat if we decided pia wao warudi kwao?\u201d she questioned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">She said it was painful to see black Africans turning against one another despite sharing a common history and identity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cImagine your fellow black man,\u201d Wilbroda said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">According to Wilbroda, Africans should focus on unity and mutual respect instead of discrimination based on nationality.<\/p>\n<h2>Calls for Reflection Over Xenophobia<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Her comments come amid renewed conversations across the continent about xenophobia in South Africa and the treatment of African migrants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The actress has previously criticised xenophobic attitudes, saying South Africa risks disappointing the continent that supported its liberation struggle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During an earlier discussion on June 12, 2026, Wilbroda reflected on the support many Africans offered South Africa during its fight against apartheid.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201c\u2026ilikua inalilia South Africa.
