From the same grounds of toil where laughter once echoed. This evening, we stand united in silence bound not by festivity but by a great loss,\u201d Indah wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cOne of our own, TONY NDIEMA WUOD OKINYO, has taken a final bow. It was a familiar name with a shared memory in our collective story. A brother has rested in eternity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Prince Indah said that although the loss was painful, Ndiema\u2019s impact would remain through the music, memories and connections he created during his career.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cThough death has dimmed a light among us musicians, it cannot erase the footprints left in our performing halls and shared podiums nor the impact carved into the hearts of his fans,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cAs a colleague, as a friend, I join the family in mourning a pillar; we remember him together, and we honour a life that will forever remain part of us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Artists Remember Tony Ndiema<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The passing of Tony Ndiema has drawn emotional tributes from across the Ohangla fraternity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Musician Emma Jalamo sent his condolences to Ndiema\u2019s family, describing his death as a major loss to Luo music.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cTo the family of the late Tony Ndiema, on behalf of myself and as a fellow Luo artist, I extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences,\u201d Jalamo wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cHis passing is a great loss not only to your family but also to the Luo music fraternity and everyone whose lives he touched through his talent and friendship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">He added that Ndiema\u2019s legacy would continue to inspire future generations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Content creator and comedian Sandra Dacha also mourned the singer, saying his music had brought people together and kept the Ohangla spirit alive.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cIt is a dark day for the Ohangla fraternity as we mourn the sudden loss of Tony Ndiema. Osiepa, your music brought joy, united people, and kept the Ohangla spirit alive,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cYour voice may have gone silent, but your legacy will continue to echo through every song and every heart you touched.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Comedian Onjiri described the loss as a heavy blow to the community.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cThis has hit me hard. Rangwe has lost. Homa Bay is mourning. R.I.P. Tony Ndiema,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Kokomoh Victor Piny Yore also celebrated Ndiema\u2019s life and contribution.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cRest in peace, Tony Ndiema. Your music, talent, and friendship touched many lives. You may be gone from our sight, but your legacy will live on through your songs and the memories we shared,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Fellow musician Victor Mjuka remembered Ndiema as a humble artist with a unique ability to create emotional love songs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cI am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear friend, the humble Ohangla artist Tony Ndiema. His death is a big blow to the Ohangla family,\u201d Mjuka said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">He added that Ndiema\u2019s music brought comfort, romance and unity to many listeners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u201cTo me, Tony was more than an artist. He honoured me by mentioning me in most of his songs, and he used to call me MJUKA WUON JUOGI.
