Waiguru\u2019s win left Kenyans on Twitter cursing Kirinyaga people \u2013 she was at the center of Kes 1.6 billion NYS scandal during her tenure at Devolution ministry so most people expected the electorates not to vote for her.<\/p>\n

But they were wrong, Wairugu is the next governor of Kirinyaga county if the voting pattern in Kenya is anything to go by.<\/p>\n
