High Court orders Inspector General of Police and DCI to produce Miguna Miguna by 2pm<\/p>\n

Miguna Miguna was to be released on Friday as ordered by the High court Judge. However the Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet and Director of Criminal Investigations failed to do this.<\/p>\n

On 5th February, the high court judge Luka Kimaru ordered Miguna Miguna to be released by the IG and DCI. According to reports the Judge demanded Miguna Miguna to be presented to court by 2PM today.<\/p>\n

This comes after Miguna Miguna’s lawyer, Peter Malinyani revealed that they were not aware of Miguna\u2019s whereabouts.<\/p>\n

Miguna Miguna’s arrest<\/h3>\n

The controversial lawyer was picked from his house on Friday after the police raided his Runda home. Apart from some of his property being destroyed; no one is aware where he has been taken since Friday, February 2.<\/p>\n
