The businessman says Bahati wanted to borrow 5 million from him but he could only manage to give him 200k.<\/p>\n<p>He is certain that Bahati used the money he gave him for his wedding with Diana Marua. This after he failed to get any recourse four months after reporting the matter at the Karuri police station.<\/p>\n<p>The first letter from Benson&#8217;s lawyer was received by the DPP&#8217;s office on December 13th 2017 with regards to the case recorded in the Occurrence Book on October 28 at Karuri police station.<\/p>\n<p>The second letter was received by the DPP&#8217;s office on February 5th 2017. In the letter, Benson&#8217;s lawyer asks DPP to act swiftly as his client feels neglected.<\/p>\n<p>Benson and his lawyers also went to court to seek protection from the OCS of Karuri police station.
