I was once eating a burger and my boyfriend then told me &#8221; hey aren&#8217;t you scared of fat clogging your throat?&#8221; Dang that hurt me but if it wasn&#8217;t for such mean words I would not have lost the weight,&#8221; said Anerlisa Muigai.<\/p>\n<h5>You can be anything you want<\/h5>\n<p>Anerlisa further encourages overweight women that they can get whatever shape they desire. She emphasizes that eating crappy foods has everything to do with people getting fat.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I believe you can be anything you want if you set your mind into it. Worst thing about been big n cute, nobody ever tells you the truth, it&#8217;s always like &#8221; you are big and beautiful &#8221; and trust me that very sentence is what gets you to get comfortable with your weight. I used to feel so happy when I was eating but after the food, I got into depression of why couldn&#8217;t I just start changing my eating habits.<br \/>\nWe make new year resolutions but when February reaches, everything is forgotten.
