Nairobi is in a big mess following Thursday morning heavy downpour. Commuters have been stuck in traffic for hours as the rain has rendered most roads impassable.<\/p>\n

Kenya Meteorological Department warned city residents to brace for heavy rainfall from Monday. The forecast indicated Nairobi will receive heavy rain likely to cause flash floods.<\/p>\n

Weatherman’s prediction came true on Thursday as heavy rains pounded the city wrecking havoc. Nairobians couldn’t make it to the CBD due to the rain.<\/p>\n

Drainage systems<\/h5>\n
