Transaction fees,\u00a0customer service and\u00a0accessibility are some of the factors that made Co-op bank emerge with most\u00a0loyal customers in the banking category.<\/p>\n<p>In energy sector Total is has the most loyal customers, while in telecommunications Telkom Kenya carried the day.
