Diamond has finally eaten the humble pie after days of drama which was as a result of the explicit videos he shared on social media over the past weekend.<\/p>\n

The singer sparked uproar among ladies who felt offended by his videos. He was canoodling with Hamisa Mobetto and a Caucasian chick in the videos he shared online.<\/p>\n

Police arrested Diamond on Monday following public outcry. Information and Culture minister Dr. Harrison Mwakyembe told Parliament that Diamond would be prosecuted for violating the country’s accepted moral standards.<\/p>\n

Apology<\/h5>\n

Diamond was finally freed on a bail pending investigations. He held a press conference on Thursday to address the videos he posted on social media.<\/p>\n

The ‘African Beauty’ hit maker said he demonstrated irresponsibility on his part for posting the video. He earnestly apologized for his irresponsible action.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019ve had a long conversation with the authorities and I have learnt that what I did was not right. As a role model to many young people, not just in Tanzania but across the continent, posting a private moment was irresponsible of me,” said Diamond.<\/p>\n
