<\/a><\/p>\nApparently detectives from the Cybercrime Unit are also on the hunt for the killer cop(s) only known as \u2018Hessy\u2019 who is thought to be a member of the Administration Police (AP).<\/p>\n
The Star however beat the detectives in tracing Hessy, the daily talked to the mysterious cop who opened up about his work on Facebook.<\/p>\n
Hessy, who spoke on condition of anonymity, revealed that he started posting criminals\u2019 photos on Facebook after he was shot and injured in the leg while on police patrol.<\/p>\n
Seated in his house while recovering from injury, Hessy decided to create the Facebook accounts as a way of engaging the public on crime.<\/p>\n
He revealed that pressure from police chiefs over the rise in cases of crimes was the reason why cops opted to gunning down criminals.<\/p>\n
Hessy said his colleagues from the Regular Police wing were initially opposed to the idea of posting photos of dead gangsters on Facebook but slowly came to terms with it.<\/p>\n
